 They just slot inbetween the tyre and the mudgaurd then when you rachet the bike down the forks only compress a little instead of racheting all the way and bottoming out the forks

 There's a right hand side onza crank with a tensile free wheel.
Standard onza stem and bars.
A ton of spare random pads and a lump of tar.
There's probably some other little things but i can't remember off the top of my head.
